Must Have: Banking/card experience. Card Management: API Trio Testing Webhooks Hogan Testing Proxies PEGA Testing: Memo post & Hard post IVR Card Services Daily Delta IVR BOTS (for Travel notes) Test Manager Requirements: The Test Manager takes up the role of facilitating communication across teams working within an organization. The Test Manager presents an aggregated view of testing to the higher management. They are also the escalation point for the testers. The Test Manager also has to make the right tools available for the testing team. Experience working in banking domain cards/payments platform. (Required) Experience in testing ISO 8583 standard and Transaction processing. (Required) Minimum 8 years formal experience. Strong test leadership background. Minimum 4 years of previous test manager experience. Experience utilizing project management tools (JIRA). Experience utilizing test case management tools (Qtest). Experience in tracking testing metrics and reporting. Experience in authoring test cases in Gherkin. Experience testing Web Services (REST/SOAP/XML/JSON/Postman/Swagger, etc.) Exposure to test automation UI and API (Selenium, Cucumber, Postman). Knowledge of automated configuration management, build processes, & requirement tools. Strong troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to break down complex issues. Ability to comprehend business requirements and specification documents. Experience in setting standards and guidelines on the choice of automation tools. Experience in defining implementing testing strategies and methodologies. Can determine and provide training to testing teams. Capable of building a team intelligently consisting of automation testers, manual testers, and testing professionals .
