Process Engineer

Job Description Our client, a leading food service company, is currently seeking an accomplished Process Engineer to join the team. Here is an overview of the role: 1) Meet with the Production Manager to assess existing processes 2) Draft process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates 3) Perform risk assessments 4) Design and test process upgrades and new process systems 5) Ensure processes comply with safety and quality standards 6) Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues 7) Perform optimization tests 8) Develop routines and best practices to ensure product quality 9) Develop standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process 10) Provide the Product Manager with process documents and standard operating procedures 11) Monitor upgrades systems Critical Requirements 1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please) 2) Recent experience in the food service industry is strongly preferred 3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in process engineering This role is a great opportunity for the right person looking to advance their career with a wonderful company.
