To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, an integrated merchant bank, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Administrative Assistant to support a top executive in their NYC office. The hours are 9/9:30am-6/6:30pm (flex for OT) 5 days a week. Responsibilities: Partner with Lead Assistant to complete administrative tasks on behalf of executive Provide support for analysts/associates in the office Screen calls, manage email inbox, and process dictations for executive Set up video calls, manage restaurant reservations, and edit/revise documents Book domestic and international travel Process expenses in a timely fashion Assist with projects as required Qualifications: 3-5+ years' experience as an admin, preferably in financial services Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Flexible, organized, and detail oriented team player Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Compensation/Benefits: Up to $85K base depending on experience + OT + bonus 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision for employee and family 15 days' vacation; office closed between Christmas and New Years Free parking, partnership with Equinox Fertility benefits Snacks and drinks in office ANY-Temp_ To Apply for this Job Click Here
