The independent contractor must provide proof of Comprehensive General Liability with a combined single limit of $1 million each occurance, $2 million aggregate, Workman's Compensation as required by NH state statute, and Automobile Liability Insurance in amounts not less than $1 million. Must also provide a W-9 and must submit fingerprints (in-house) for a criminal history record check as a condition of employment per RSA 189:13-a, III. Services must be provided between the hours of 8:45 am and 2:15 pm. The rate of pay for this position is $100/hour. NO AGENCIES PLEASE. Job Summary: Establishes, maintains and expands a program of evaluation, therapy and professional development to remediate communication problems (speech, language, articulation), which interfere with individual educational achievement. To work four (4) 30-minute sessions per week. Position begins immediately. Qualifications: NH Certification. Qualified Speech Pathology License.
