End User Support Intro Central information technology organization, providing the network infrastructure, hardware, software and enterprise services for offices to run their business. Provides network and database administration, device management, and administers processes, services and technical support for hardware and software for both the organization's internal and external clients. End User Support Job Details This position is 5 days in office, hybrid will not be considered. The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in a desktop support role, the ability to work efficiently and independently, and remain calm in stressful situations. You should be comfortable working with all levels of customers and possess excellent troubleshooting skills. Experience with ticketing software, remote desktop tools, Active Directory, and SCCM is essential. End User Support Mandatory Skills - Technical troubleshooting skills - Hardware and software knowledge; understanding hardware and their components; operating systems; and software - Remote desktop knowledge, preferably Bomgar - Ticketing software knowledge End User Support Desired Skills - Remote desktop knowledge, preferably Bomgar - Ticketing software knowledge, preferably ServiceNow - Workable knowledge of Intune/computer management software End User Support Start Date Immediate End User Support Location Anaheim, California, United States
