Other skills that may be useful include: Research capabilities Analytical capabilities Adaptability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Coaching and training capabilities Requirements: 2+ years in sales role. Nice to have: Bilingual: English and Spanish Previous experience in MLM or direct selling companies Bachelor Degree in Business administration, or any other sales/business related Training/coaching experience Customer Service experience Ability to travel multiple times per month, within and outside of the United States Responsibilities: Train, coach and develop distributors to increase sales, virtually and in person Propose, create and implement strategies to increase sales Contact and Support distributors to increase sales Building and maintaining relationships with distributors Identify improvements that can be made Identify challenges that the distributors could be experiencing and develop creative solutions to overcome them Working towards achieving the sales target Job Details: Flexible work: 2 days from home and 3 days at the office Salary to be defined depending on experience and degrees Flexible schedules according to the business needs. Regularly: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm Required to travel
