The team has executed numerous investment strategies including repositioning, rezoning and ground-up development projects.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Construction Project Manager at Silver Sky Global Capital, based in Sarasota, FL. For one of the firm's current large projects based in Sarasota, FL, the Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, scheduling, budgeting, construction management, and overall project management tasks related to the on site real estate development and construction project.QualificationsProject Coordination, Construction Project Management, and Project Management skillsBudgeting and Construction Management skillsStrong ability to manage construction projects efficiently and effectivelyExperience in real estate development and construction industryExcellent communication and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldEssential Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate construction schedule with subcontractors and suppliersIn depth understanding of construction sitecivil, structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire suppression, landscapehardscape drawingsCreate, manage and achieve Project Construction Schedule on a trade-by-trade basis with an in-depth schedule of each Subcontractor scope of work along with a schedule of valueActively monitor ongoing construction and ensure on site work is in accordance with approved construction drawings, building, safety and OSHA codesProvide solutions and support to any field related questions with subcontractors and architectsengineersEnsure subcontractors execute their scope of workActively follow up with subcontractors to exceed construction scheduleCoordinate daily and weekly goals with subcontractor's field manager on siteSupervise, mentor and provide direction to the Project Superintendents and LaborersTrack daily construction progress and milestones and report back to ownership teamLead and walk with subcontractors during inspections, as necessaryAbility to work with Architects, civil, mechanical, electrical Engineers as well as the interior design teamSalary Range:$150,000 - $175,000 annual salaryBonus eligibility based on the operating results of the Project.Other Skills and Qualifications: Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Project, P6 Primavera, Kahua, Pro-Core. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills.Education and Professional Designations: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.Experience Requirements: 5 - 10 Years in Construction Project Management Role.Construction and Real Estate Development experience.
