Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

CHC Addiction Services is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction. We are currently seeking a full time LPN for our Outpatient MAT Program to work from 5:00am until 1:30pm, Monday through Friday and every other weekend from 5:00am until 10:30am. Duties Include: Administering methadone and buprenorphine Direct nursing care Charting EKG's Blood draws Rooming Collecting urine samples Following up with patients as needed Some back office clerical duties Minimum Requirements: Graduate of certified LPN program, current Ohio LPN license, and current CPR certification.
