We promote individual growth and strive to deliver a valued service to our clients. Security Swing Shift Supervisors oversee and manage site activity within a designated shift schedule. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol. Responsibilities: Working Site Supervisor on shift Interact with all (clients and visitors) in a professional demeanor Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support Implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment) Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.) Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary Other duties to be determined by management Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age OR Security License (Required) Valid Driver's License and clean driving history (Required) High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of three years previous security or leadership experience required Flexible/ on- call schedule availability Professional demeanor and appearance Excellent computer skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Attentive to detail Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug) #BORO
