It's an exciting time to work for Idaho Power. What does an IT Data and Analytics Leader do for us? This individual directs and leads a high-performance team responsible for development, support, and maintenance of analytic solutions that help stakeholders leverage data to gain valuable insights and make informed decisions. Solutions will include descriptive reports, dynamic visualizations, predictive models, and Generative AI, primarily leveraging the Microsoft suite, they will also lead the effort to solidify our Enterprise Data Strategy, increasing stakeholder literacy and engagement, establishing sound data governance models, and maturing data science practices in close coordination with the established Enterprise Data Management team. They will balance predictable delivery leveraging project management methodologies with the ability to adapt to evolving and dynamic business needs. They will work with other IT leaders and managers to ensure we meet these business needs with secure and sustainable solutions that adhere to established development standards and best practices. Through this work, they will play a key role in ensuring Idaho Power continues to provide reliable, affordable, clean energy and exceptional customer service. They will also have the opportunity to aid in effective intake, prioritization, and execution of work as well as capacity planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
