About The Position Electrical Engineer I Salary range: $75K-85K Aitech Defense Systems is renowned for its innovation in rugged embedded systems, designed to operate reliably in the challenging environments of military, defense, aerospace, and space applications. Electrical Engineer Under upper-level guidance, implement features in subassembly circuit designs, schematic capture, PCB layout, design review, functional testing, harness design. Responsibility o Eagerness to work on a multitude of complex and non-complex tasks simultaneously. o Planning - Ability to balance work priorities and deliver tasks on time with the required quality. o Scope/lmpact - Contributes to milestones. Willingness to participates in process improvement activities. o Supervision - Works under minimal supervision. o Guidance - Works within well-established practices and clearly defined scope of work. o Initiative - Initiative demonstrated on moderate problem solving within assigned tasks. o Technical Writing Skill - Contributes to project reports and presentations Technical Depth & Breadth Desirable •Knows and applies basic engineering concepts and techniques applicable to the space industry. •Digital Electronics design and analysis experience •Embedded systems experience •Experience with circuit design/analysis software like P-Spice •RF or high-speed circuit design fundamentals •Analog design and analysis experience Communication/lnterpersonal Skills o Communicates clearly verbally and in writing (e.g. email, memos, explanations, drawings). O Works effectively with peers. Requirements Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
