Central Supply/Sterile Processing Technician

Position: Part Time Central Supply/Sterile Processing Technician Department : Central Supply Shift: All Shifts PURPOSE The Primary purpose of your position as CSR Technician I is to perform assigned duties is an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor to assure that a successful, viable department is maintained at all times. This job requires a thorough knowledge of aseptic technique, sterilization procedures, infection control, and equipment processing. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalency required. Must complete and pass Registered Central Supply Technician (CRCST) course within two years of hire. Experience in central sterile processing is preferred. Basic computer skills. Will receive general orientation, and then on-the-job-training. Must have accuracy of all work performed. Must have good communication skills.
