Job Summary: As a Recruiter at EverStaff, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and placing qualified candidates in various roles. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying talent to conducting interviews and making successful placements. You will also work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional staffing solutions. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in permanent and temporary positions. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and offer tailored recruiting solutions. Source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaborate with the client to understand job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications needed for each position. Negotiate and extend job offers to candidates, ensuring they meet both candidate and client expectations. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all recruitment activities, including candidate records and communication. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as placements, interviews, and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruiting and staffing. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, including social media recruiting and active sourcing methods. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and recruitment tools. High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client and candidate satisfaction.
