Location: Remote US Product/Service: IT recruitment and staffing solutions, IT staff augmentation Target Market: Startups, SMBs (50-200 employees) Ideal Customer Profile: CTO, VP of Engineering, HRD, Talent Acquisition Manager The Opportunity Our client seeks an experienced and results-driven SMB Account Executive to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in the company, with potential for fast career advancement and generous financial reward. What You'll Do Manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing) in the SMB segment Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets Develop a strong pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-building Educate prospects on how they can benefit from our client's IT staffing solutions Collaborate with the recruiting team to provide solutions tailored to customers' needs Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals What You Bring At least 3 years of full sales cycle experience in the IT Staffing/IT Recruitment industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent understanding of the IT roles, programming languages and recruitment processes Ideally, a strong network of hiring managers and decision-makers responsible for IT recruiting budget Key Success Drivers Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving skills Effective collaboration within the company Being energetic, positive, and confident Why Join?
