If you are a Commercial Electrical Superintendent, please read on.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical construction and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety policies and compliance with regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise craft personnel in all phases of electrical construction and maintenance projectsEnsure quality control and safety compliance are maintained throughout the projectTrack labor and material costs of the project to ensure budget is not exceededProvide senior technical advice and support to subordinatesCollaborate with other superintendents and project managers to ensure project completion within specified timeframesMaintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendorsProvide supervisory training and mentorship to subordinate staffQualificationsJourneyman Electrician or higherMinimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role such as Leadman, General Superintendent, or ForemanExcellent knowledge of commercial construction and field supervisionTexas Journeyman's Electrical License and Commercial Electrician LicenseBenefitsSalary Range: $90,000 - $110,000MedicalVisionDentalPTO401(K)Tuition ReimbursementEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
