Litigation Attorney- Personal Injury Plaintiff SidePosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our Personal Injury Plaintiff Side team. This role will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases in court and performing all necessary legal work to ensure that clients receive the best possible legal representation.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in court and provide legal representation for personal injury casesPrepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, and motionsConduct legal research and gather evidence to support casesNegotiate settlements with opposing counselAttend depositions, hearings, and trialsProvide legal advice and guidance to clientsThis is an in office positionQualificationsJuris Doctorate degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the California BarMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation AttorneyExperience in Personal Injury law is requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage a caseload effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
