Position Overview:Electrical Foremen are responsible for managing all electrical installation and maintenance on construction projects. They coordinate the installation of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring, and ensure all work meets applicable electrical codes and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and inspect the installation of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring.Read and interpret blueprints, installation manuals, and other documents.Conduct safety inspections and ensure all installations meet regulatory standards.Direct electricians and other personnel to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.Ensure quality control by inspecting and testing equipment.Maintain records of installations, repairs, and maintenance.Train personnel on safety protocols and best practices.Keep accurate records of materials, supplies, and other equipment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Certified journeyman electrician with 5+ years of experience.Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring.Familiarity with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other documents.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate personnel.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
