This role is crucial in ensuring the company's human resources strategy aligns with the overall business objectives and fosters a positive and productive workplace culture.Essential Job Functions:Establish strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to policy and procedures, employee relations, conduct wage surveys, assist in safety accident investigation, prepare reports, manage and file employee files.Be an effective and frequent presence on manufacturing floor, interacting with employees to reinforce JSW Steel cultural values and address employee concerns.Support department leaders with retaining employees and ensuring an engaged workforce.Develop and implement Human Resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Foster a positive working environment through employee engagement initiatives and programs.Update and maintain employee information in the HRIS system in a timely manner, while ensuring legal compliance.Ensures compliance with and provides guidanceexpertise on company Human Resources policies and procedures, and federal, state and local employment laws, standards and regulations.Support recruitment efforts to ensure the attraction of high-caliber talent.Requirements and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or a related field is preferred.Five (5) or more years of Human Resource Management experience.Firm understanding of labor laws.Strong project management skills.Have a data-driven mindset, using analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement.Ability to adapt and evolve strategies to meet the changing needs of the organization.Possess exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and collaborating effectively across departments.Strong understanding of staff relations and municate at a high level verbally and in writing, including capacity to communicate complex ideas compellingly to a variety of audiences.Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.Excellent listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail.UKG knowledge andor experience is a plus.
