About the Company: This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office. Join the growing marketing team responsible for driving global content strategy and building a content powerhouse. Reporting to the Vice President of Content, this role will collaborate with communications, investment, and investor relations teams to distill sophisticated concepts into concise, digestible content. We are looking for an innovative problem solver and forward-thinking communicator who is adept at shifting focus between writing cross platform thought leadership and supporting the production of emails, social posts, infographics, and other digital assets.About the Role: The ideal candidate has:Demonstrated ability to support a steady content pipeline by prioritizing incoming requests, leading projects, and engaging subject matter expertsDexterity producing content targeted to different audiences, ideally within the financial services industryProficiency conducting independent research, developing story angles, and identifying noteworthy trendsFamiliarity with video production, including guiding external vendors andor managing an in-house studio, a plusExperience optimizing content for web, including SEO and UX standard methodologiesKnowledge of international markets and traditional and alternative investment products Responsibilities: Plan and produce a diverse range of global content to support brand awareness, evolving client needs, and ongoing fundraising activityProvide ongoing copywriting and editorial support to cross-functional teamsDevelop new forms of content and collaborate with design and social media teamsCollaborate with peers, freelancers, and business teams to drive projects from concept to execution to deliveryConduct research and monitor global private equity trends and themesGenerate research-based topic ideas for calendar considerationOther responsibilities as required Qualifications: Education PreferredBachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and project management skillsAttention to detail and ability to proofread, copyedit, and fact check complex materialsMultimedia experience and understanding of how to use imagery to communicate sophisticated conceptsA strong desire to collaborate, learn, and continuously improveA sense of humor and the ability to not take oneself too seriously Preferred Skills: 5-8 years of Marketing experience
