This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about design and project execution, and who desires to contribute to our mission of creating impactful experiences. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guiding projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with our studio's vision and values.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Collaborate with a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.Coordination: Oversee the coordination of project teams, including architects, designers, and contractors, to ensure all aspects of the project align seamlessly.Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks in project execution, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design and construction outputs meet the highest standards of quality and align with the studio's aesthetic and functional goals.Mentorship: Support junior team members through guidance and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in architecture or design.Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.Strong understanding of architectural processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Why Join Us?
