TDK employs more than 109,000 people worldwide, including more than 4,500 in North and South America.JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking an Energetic and hands-on leader required to foster a collaborative team effort and ensure tight inter-team coordination, with an ability to interface effectively from working level to senior management & customers.Should have a proven track record of successfully executing projects using program management tools such as Microsoft Project and Pert chart, and by assessing then mitigating risks with solutions, workarounds or fall back options.An ideal candidate would be a great listener & communicator in verbal, written & presentation, with excellent analytical abilities & thorough in detailed activities. Organized, detail & result oriented by nature and self-motivated, passionate about engineering & proactive with a can-do attitude.Excellent interpersonal skills & conflict resolution capabilities are essential for the day-to-day operations.Ability and willingness to travel internationally would be suitable given the team is distributed across the globe.RESPONSIBILITIES:Resources planning and managementBudget planning and managementMonthly reports within and inter-departmentAction items capture and follow up with owners to ensure closureDemonstrations planning for tradeshows such as CES etc.Ensure successful execution of projects by mitigating risksScheduling of projects and tracking execution of tasksInstate risk burn down processPerform quality audit proceduresREQUIREMENTS:Master's in EngineeringMinimum of 5 years of experience in same or similar roleKnowledge of Engineering, MEMS, Software, Firmware, GUI, UI UX, PCB, ManufacturingCertified in Project Management Professional (PMP) CertificationCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS: TDK U.S.A. offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), pension, life insurance, vacation, and 13 paid holidays.The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $160,000 and $180,000 for (San Jose, CA).The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, market demands.
