70% Salesforce30% PardotWe are seeking a Salesforce & Pardot Solutions Lead to support our existing customer implementation, integration, and optimization of Salesforce and Pardot, focusing on elevating marketing and sales performance. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives to align marketing automation and CRM systems, enabling personalized customer engagement and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will provide visionary leadership in leveraging Salesforce's core capabilities and Pardot's automation features to drive growth and innovation across the organization.Required Skills -Salesforce platform administration and development, Pardot experience, including campaign management, automation, and integration with Salesforce.Job Duties -Key Responsibilities:Support the strategic planning, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce and Pardot, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Design and execute cross-platform strategies for integrating Pardot with Salesforce to create seamless marketing and sales workflows.Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to build targeted campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and customer journeys that drive engagement and conversion.Hands on customization, support and enhancement of Salesforce Lightning, including Apex, LWC, and workflow automation to optimize sales processes.Support existing Pardot marketing automation strategies, including dynamic content, segmentation, lead scoring, and analytics for advanced campaign performance.Provide insights and guidance on data management, ensuring proper synchronization between Pardot and Salesforce to optimize customer data usage and reporting.Lead cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that maximize the potential of Salesforce and Pardot.Drive continuous innovation by leveraging Salesforce and Pardot's AI features (e.g., Einstein) to enhance campaign effectiveness and sales insights.Provide thought leadership on marketing automation trends, recommending solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.Work involves support existing client org with 75% of work on salesforce platform customization(LWC etc) and the rest on Pardot(Marketing cloud account engagement)Job Requirements -Job Summary:We are seeking a Salesforce & Pardot Solutions Lead to support our existing customer implementation, integration, and optimization of Salesforce and Pardot, focusing on elevating marketing and sales performance. Pardot SpecialistConsultant certification or equivalent is good to have
