BlackLine is seeking an experienced individual to support our Go-To-Market teams with the implementation of our value-based pricing strategy and enhancing our price realization. The individual will own the creation of specific deliverables working under the leadership of our Strategic Pricing Leader. The deliverables include: Commercial Negotiation Playbook including Concessions Matrix, prioritized list of concessions based on negotiations stage, customer needs, and internal approval requirements. Objection Management that identifies typical commercial objections that may arise throughout the sales process with prospects and existing customers and responses aligned to these objections. Updated Approval Matrix that reflects the re-alignment of internal approval requirements Value Statements on how BlackLine leads the market and value customers can expect across our solutions The preparation of the deliverables will require hands-on experience in B2B Software SaaS including capturing input and feedback from our Sales Organization, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement organizations to reflect specifics for BlackLine. The content will be used in both a documented Commercial Playbook and into our GTM training platform. This is a limited time engagement and expected to last approximately 5 to 6 months with the majority of the effort to occur from October through January 2025. Experience: 5+ years of experience developing value-selling collateral, including aligning collateral with specific value-selling training approaches and methodologies. 10+ years of experience in B2B negotiations, sales, andor purchasing. Experienced in creating process & training collateral Experienced in conducting cross-organizational collaboration, and solicitating input necessary to create impactful sales collateral. Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization. Highly organized and detail oriented. BlackLine is an equal opportunity employer.
