Your passion, creativity, and grit are supported by a robust team of experienced clinicians and strategists as we write the next chapter of our story.Role SummaryThe Manager of Clinical Strategy and Implementation is part of a team that drives clinical excellence, value creation, growth, and optimization through development, implementation, and adoption of key strategic clinical initiatives. In this newly created role, the Manager of Clinical Strategy and Implementation will be focused on developing plans for deployment of clinical initiatives, driving adoption, identifying constraints to integration, and mobilizing resources to overcome challenges and achieve the company's clinical performance targets. Key areas of focus may include scoping and piloting new technology and approaches, scaling of those new technologies and approaches, implementation of new operational processes and systems, and other initiativesopportunities identified by the Clinical Affairs and executive leadership teams. The Manager of Clinical Strategy and Implementation will leverage their strategy and operations experience, creativity, relationship development skills to create value-based partnerships with CCMS departments, field leaders, center managers, and doctors to ensure centers and field teams receive support to successfully adopt new technology, systems, and processes. Success in the role will require excellent listening, planning, assessment and communication skills, with an ability to identify gaps, recognize opportunities, and drive performance accountability. Thisrole provides a unique opportunity to positively impact our business and the lives of our patients.This is a remote position, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Clinical Strategy and Implementation.Primary ResponsibilitiesPartner with Clinical Affairs, doctors, executive leadership, corporate strategy, field leaders and center managers to support the development of deployment approaches for key strategic clinical initiatives; develop and execute deployment roadmaps Identify gaps, constraints, and or roadblocks to adoption and integration of new initiatives; develop interventions at the center, region, division, and network levelMobilize internal resources (operations, strategy, field, sales, marketing, legal and compliance, IT) to overcome challenges, ensuring centers and field teams have support and training needed to fully adopt new treatments, systems, and processesPartner with field leadership to hold centers and field teams accountable to achieving adoption and implementation targetsLiaise with field teams, operations teams, strategy, analytics, and finance; serve as a lynchpin among these teams to support prioritization of interventions and supportIdentify opportunities for improvement and optimization of key initiatives; recommend pilots, testing, and roadmaps to achieve optimization and performance enhancements of key strategic initiativesIdentify, codify, and disseminate best practicesKey CompetenciesPlanning and project management: Must have a keen attention to detail and be methodical in realistic planning and holding oneself and partners accountable to implementation plans.Analytical horsepower: Must have a robust background in analytics to be able to independently hypothesize and conduct analysis that drives understanding and decision making.Listening observation: Must be able to observe behaviors and conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for munication: Must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and to key stakeholders, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.Creativity: Must be able to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our doctors and the business. Heshe must be a strategic thinker, adaptable and solution oriented.Resilience: Must remain engaged and effective in pursuit of objectives with or without immediate success, using both positive and negative outcomes as an incentive to move forward fulfilling personal and team goals.Team-Orientation: Must be able to work cross functionally across the organization and partner with key stakeholders for the right input in order to mobilize resources and effectively work towards solutions.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities5+ years of progressive strategy andor operations management experience in high-growth, distributed multi-site services, preferably in premium healthcare, consumerretail facing industriesExperience in clinical or doctor relationship management.Demonstrated success partnering with field leadership to implement strategic initiatives within a distributed healthcare network.Excellent professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to communicate and interact with diverse constituencies and motivate teams.Strong analytical and business reporting skills.Bachelor's Degree requiredTravelUp to 25% travel
