The Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Internal Communications team through daily responsibilities that allow for maximum efficiency in communication processes and strategies.What You'll Do:Support the daily administration of key communications-related processes and activities:Monitor internal communications requests, plotting key initiatives and ensuring all requests are responded to and initiated in a timely manner.Maintain communication channels including The Wire and SharePoint sites.Monitor posts and comments on The Wire to identify associate sentiment and quickly escalate issues as appropriate.Support the creation and distribution of email campaigns and re-occuring communications.Pull channel data and analytics to understand associate engagement and identify insights. Collaborate on communication for our field leaders and front-line associates:Support the day-to-day content calendar for the field population through various Channels, including email and the Wire, ensuring content aligns with our priorities and meets brand standards, including: daily ops, technical standard operation procedures (SOP) and front-line Associate EngagementExecute communications-related processes including the maintenance of the field contact list. Serve as a trusted partner:Partner cross-functionally to maintain associate distribution lists, identifying areas for improved efficiency and supporting the manual intervention required.Work closely alongside subject matter experts (SME) to ensure integrated content across communications channelsMonitor and respond to general inboxes including Field Communications, Corporate Communications and Media Relations Provides support for key projects, initiatives and event planning and execution as needed, including communications, logistics coordination and on-site support where appropriate. Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards What You'll Need:Bachelor's Degree preferred1-3 years experience requiredExcellent time-management skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize, and re-prioritize tasks as neededStrong written and verbal communications skills Extreme attention to detailAbility to build relationships and collaborate with team & cross-functional partnersWorks well under pressure to meet deadlines #LI-LS1
