You will be responsible for project planning, execution, and client management. Our Project Manager will have the opportunity to earn competitive, incentive-based pay, rewarding excellence in project management and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Scope Management: Define, document, and manage project scope, ensuring that project deliverables are in line with client expectations and contractual agreements.Project Planning: Collaborate with the team to create project plans, schedules, and budgets that ensure project success.Project Execution: Oversee and manage project teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, under budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and securing repeat business.Cost Management: Be proactive in controlling project costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings.Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment.Quality and Safety: Ensure projects meet the highest quality and safety standards, striving for zero accidents.Construction Drawing Verification and Review: Review and verify construction drawings and plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Job-Site Visits: Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor project progress, assess quality, and address any on-site issues promptly.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the steel construction industry.Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, cost control, RFI, Change Order, scope, construction drawing verification, and job-site visits.Excellent client relationship and communication skills.Knowledge of industry safety regulations and standards.Proficiency in project management software.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offRetirement planSchedule:Monday to Friday
