The Head of Talent Acquisition will be an experienced and advanced strategic thinker and collaborator responsible for creating and implementing the Talent Acquisition strategy including vision, leadership and team development.As a senior leader, the Head of Talent Acquisition will work closely with executives and functional leaders, in alignment with HR Business Partners on the translation of our business strategy into critical hiring needs; ensuring that there is the right talent in the right place at the right time relative to those needs.The role will cultivate and leverage multiple cross-functional business relationships to identify and engage with top industry talent and execute creative recruiting solutions for human capital opportunities and challenges. This leader will understand what great talent means to an organization and will build and drive our Talent Acquisition strategy supported by data and talent planning, ensuring data-driven, actionable sourcing and selection strategies while measuring and delivering results.The Head of Talent Acquisition will be a hands-on leader creating and executing both short- and long range hiring plans, building impactful programs, and establishing consistent business processes in order to scale the organization appropriately.Pre-clinical experience is required.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • BSBA in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. • Minimum of 10+ years of Human Resources with at least 5+ years in a Talent Acquisition leadership role with a BiotechPharmaceutical organization, in a ResearchDevelopment environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex concepts at all levels. • Exceptional leadership capabilities, with demonstrated success developing individuals and teams. • Strong business acumen with a focus on life sciences and the ability to establish value-based, credible relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the company. • Demonstrated ability to effectively create and execute talent acquisition and workforce plan strategies aligned to business objectives. • Strong commitment to defining and delivering diversity and inclusion strategies. necessary commitment and support. • Experience with HR Technology including talent systems evaluation, implementation and optimization
