The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the Sales Operations team in providing marketing and transactional support to investment sales and leasing agents while learning the commercial real estate industry. The Sales Operations Coordinator will assist other members on the team with prospecting efforts, pipeline management, drafting property descriptions and investment highlights, creating lease abstracts, coordinating marketing, building out marketing packages, drafting contracts, analyzing data, and collaborate cross-functionally to sustain an efficient sales process. In addition, the ideal candidate also takes pride in their work and enjoys fun and highly collaborative work environments.ResponsibilitiesUpdate transaction pipeline in the CRMAbstract leases and underwrite commercial real estate assetsBuild marketing packagesCoordinate and provide content for collateral, email blasts, and third-party site postingsEdit and correct text as it appears in marketing packages to ensure correct property information, grammar and syntaxDraft listings agreements, LOI's, leases, and purchase & sale agreementsLog interested buyersCompile due diligence documentsMaintain relationships and effectively coordinate with multiple points of contactTake-on special projects as neededRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business or related field1 year of professional experience or internship in Commercial Real EstateComfortable with concepts of intermediate mathHighly organized and attentive to detailPassionate about using data as a tool for promoting and monitoring business growthStrong interpersonal skills and able to convey complex principles through written and spoken correspondenceAbility to read and interpret documents including real estate contracts and leasesHighly adaptable and a clear-thinking problem solverA self-starter on individual projects and a contributing member on team projectsExperience in Microsoft Office with emphasis on ExcelPursue real estate licenseFamiliarity with CRM systems, Argus, and AIR Forms a plus
