Job Type Full-time Description Medix Infusion is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Liaison to join our team. As a Clinical Liaison, you will collaborate with physicians, healthcare facilities, and case managers, while also fostering new referral opportunities and maintaining existing accounts. Medix Infusion is a technology-driven healthcare platform dedicated to enhancing patient care and access to infusion therapies. We specialize in disease management and infusion pharmacy services for chronic and acutely ill patients, especially those in underserved communities. We offer personalized home and in-suite infusion therapies, ensuring convenience and comfort. Our expert team provides a comprehensive range of treatments, including anti-infectives, biologics, IVIG, and other injectables, making each patient's journey as smooth as possible. Key Responsibilities: Educate patients through teaching sessions and coordinate discharge planning with case management. Actively communicate with referring facilities and seek new referral sources regularly. Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to drive account growth and meet monthly goals. Conduct patient assessments for home infusion care and manage territory/accounts effectively. Maintain required reports and documentation. Qualifications: RN license with 2+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree in a business-related field. Experience in customer relations, sales, or marketing preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to change. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and payroll software. Knowledge of regulatory standards and cultural sensitivity in patient care.
