Position SummaryThe Finance Manager FP&A & Compliance - Supply Chain North America is responsible for leading the annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and management reporting for Supply Chain. The role also has oversight of the control environment for the NAM plants. This role is a key member of the North American Supply Chain Finance leadership team and has a significant impact on the quality and effectiveness of the organization's financial plans and business decisions. The successful candidate will ensure that others have the tools and knowledge required to make both financial and operational decisions.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead the development of the annual operating plan, Long Range Plan, and monthly forecast processes.Deliver monthly financial results and analysis to supply chain management and division finance.Coordinates the timely execution of monthlyquarterly controls around inventory and Fixed Assets.Primary liaison to Internal Audit and PwC for Supply Chain related audit matters.Participate in cross functional teams to drive company initiatives forward.Act as a financial advisor and key operations team member for supply chain management and division finance.Assist with improving the use and understanding of ERP, BI & OneStream reporting systems, including all necessary participation in SAP or other system implementations.Lead participate in discussions regarding strategic initiative idea generation, and analysis of options.Work directly with managementfunctional leaders and other finance teams as needed to provide analysis on how to achieve company goals.Provide financial support and analysis for Adhoc projects, as directed.Develop and manage one direct report.QualificationsBachelor's degree required (accounting or finance strongly preferred), advanced degree and additional certifications preferredStrong financial analysis skills & experience requiredExperience with SAP, BI and OneStream preferredAdvanced experience with Microsoft Excel requiredCPA or CMA preferred5 years relevant finance experience in a manufacturing environment requiredPrior team management experience preferredOther RequirementsAbility to work both independently and within a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills along with professional presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to manage cross matrix and virtual teamsMust be flexible, innovative and comfortable in setting priorities for self and teamGood understanding of manufacturing and costing conceptsExperience with high volume operationsStrong organization and planning skills
