Job Description: Online Sales Representative need a combination of technical and marketing skills, including familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analysis. They should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and web design skills. This is a new position for our company and the goal is to grow the Online Sales Representative to a management position which will have a team of associates to manage. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, such as promotions, discounts and campaignsManage online sales channels like websites, mobile apps, and online marketplacesManage prices, pictures, descriptions, stock levels on websites and marketplacesManage the company's website, including content and user-friendlinessMonitor and analyze customer feedback and purchasing decisions to inform sales strategiesMonitor competitor pricing and activitiesEnsure compliance with online sales regulationsConduct research online and evaluate new opportunitiesConvert leads into customers and work with customers to secure purchaseAnalyze performance dataHit sales quotasRequirements: Computer proficiency is criticalAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formula creation, VLOOKUP, Pivot TablesAdvanced knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay etc..Knowledge of HTMLCustomer Service Focused CommunicationProduct Knowledge: Need to learn and have a strong understanding of the products they are selling*Please note this role is 100% in person, located in Houston Texas*
