**Hybrid | 3 dayswk onsite | Baltimore, MD**Our innovative financial client is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead large-scale, high impact projects or programs.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Rate: $80 - $90 hr. w2Responsibilities of the Project Manager:Facilitatemanage the assessment and the lifecycle of the application portfolio against the backdrop of organizational strategies and business goals.Act as the single point of accountability to plan, direct, and coordinate large-scale, enterprisewide projects enduring goals and objectives are accomplished successfully meeting customerbusiness needsAs a part of this global team, the Project Manager manages multiple projectsprograms of various sizes and scope, working with stakeholders from technology and various lines of businesses to achieve quality results.Project Managers may also coach and mentor other resources within the project team.Manages the implementations of projects for the enterprise from setting up and directing project schedules, iterations, and budgets to monitoring the initiative through delivery or completion.Participate in solution delivery continuous improvement activities and communities of practice to address ongoing needs for the project professional fluences and encourages project teams to focus on rapid value delivery leveraging agile, iterative development practices and agility techniques.Tracking the progress against projected savings and business value; understanding how application rationalization effort impacts the company's financials and operations.Connecting and aligning through the project mitigating gaps and identifying issues and dependenciesAble to appropriately tailor communications to audiences ranging from team discussions to executives in a culturally relevant style.Requirements of the Project Manager:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMin 8-12 years related experience.Agile certification - Certified Disciplined Agilist or Practitioner or Scrum certificationsPractical Agile delivery experienceInvestment Management Front Office operations experienceExperience working in a large-scale multi-national firm essential; Financial Services industry a plus.Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
