POSITION SUMMARYThe Accounts Receivable Team Lead is responsible for processing new sales orders, building payment plans in the AR system, and collecting outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base. This individual will manage the AR inbox, resolve customer billing problems and reduce accounts receivable delinquency. This company operates nationally and is growing by the day.OBJECTIVESMonitor AR email inbox throughout workday for new sales orders received and process accordinglyRespond to AR inbox inquiries related to client accounts, requests for invoice copies, etc.Work with Collections team to ensure cash is collected on past due accountsPost daily payments received in Build daily deposits from bank reconciliation - post in NetsuiteFollow up with client base on any declined payment transactionReview open accounts for collection effortsMake outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relationsResolve client-billing problems and rescues accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely mannerCollect customer payments in accordance with payment due datesIdentify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss the Accounting teamProvide timely follow-up on payment arrangementsEmail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accountsCOMPETENCIESHighly proficient with Intermediate to advanced Excel skillsAbility to engage a client who has been unresponsiveAbility to maintain a high volume inbox and keep track of requests and inquiriesUnderstanding of various payment plans and how to create and enforce themStrong record keeping and research skills to maintain important information that can be easily accessiblePossess intermediate NetSuite ERP experienceAbility to handle reporting for products, past due payments in NetSuiteEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAt least 2 years' AR experience including interaction with a large customer baseProficiency in Quickbooks (Web & Desktop) or similar accounting softwareProficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP Software10X TOTAL REWARDSWe offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees that includes:Medical, dental, and vision for FT positions and their dependentsVacation and sick time policy that increases based on tenure with the company Three work from home days per month (4month during June-August)Employee Assistance Program through Guardian 401k with Company match (estimated to launch in Q1 2025)Pet Insurance through SPOT for your 10X pets!
