***on-site job Mon - Fri.We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components for electric vehicles. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of electrical systems meets performance, reliability, and efficiency goals.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop electrical systems and components for electric vehicles, including battery systems, power electronics, motor controllers, and vehicle charging systems.Conduct simulations, analyses, and testing to optimize electrical system performance and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software engineers, and manufacturing teams to integrate electrical systems into vehicle platforms.Support prototype builds and testing phases, troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues as they arise.Evaluate new technologies and innovations in electric vehicle electrical systems to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Participate in design reviews, providing technical insights and recommendations to enhance product design and performance.Document design specifications, test results, and engineering changes to maintain comprehensive project records.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience (X years) in electrical design and development, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle industry.Strong proficiency in CAD software for electrical design (e.g., Altium Designer, AutoCAD Electrical).Solid understanding of electric vehicle architecture, including battery systems, power electronics, and motor control.Experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLABSimulink) for electrical system analysis and optimization.Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and safety requirements for electric vehicles (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61851).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
