CNP Technologies seeking an experienced Senior Network EngineerNetwork Administrator to join our ITS team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have expertise in network engineering, systems administration, and hands-on experience with networking protocols, routing protocols, virtualization, and security technologies.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and manage secure and scalable network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance across LANWAN environments.Implement and manage networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.Configure and maintain Fortinet firewalls and security solutions to ensure a secure network environment.Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.Plan and execute network updates, patches, and upgrades.Maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and standards.Manage network virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or other similar platforms.Implement disaster recovery and business continuity measures.Perform routine security audits and implement security best practices.Collaborate with other IT team members to support internal users, ensure uptime, and troubleshoot complex issues.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).5+ years of experience in network engineering and systems administration.Expertise in configuring and managing network devices (switches, routers, firewalls).Hands-on experience with Fortinet and other firewall technologies.Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).Proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS).Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, etc.).Experience in network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Certifications:Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement plan with employer match.Professional development opportunities and certification reimbursements.Flexible work schedule and remote work options.
