We are hiring at SIGOOK Work Factory, a Staffing Agency built by a team of experienced professionals with 15+ years in the staffing industry. We seek a dynamic, talented, committed, and successful Sales Account Manager for the Florida and multi-state market. You will be based in Fort Lauderdale and can work hybrid after a period. If you are experienced in understanding the staffing industry (not health), bring a portfolio of clients, and have a proven record as a sales closer, we will be glad to meet you.The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients. Salary:Starting at $55,000 - $65,000 Base Salary, plus bonus and commissions. The expected OTE is in six figures based on results from the first year.Uncapped CommissionsBenefits:PTO (2 weeks of vacations, Holidays, sick days)Vision and Dental Benefits according to company policy (After a probation period of 3 months)Cell phone, ComputerPaid travel expensesPerformance-based incentives:Compensation is a combination of a base salary plus commission.There is unlimited potential for growth in SIGOOK as a member who will receive tangible fruit from your efforts (no commission caps) and as an individual.Responsibilities:Analyzes client operations, communicates, develops, and presents alternative staffing strategies suited to the clients-specific needsBuilds business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients based on effectiveness, trust, and respectIdentifies business opportunities by qualifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales optionsConducts periodic sales and service calls on existing and potential clients to identify and solve problems as well as stimulate more significant business opportunitiesBuilt and increased sales according to the targets set by the companyWork closely with the recruitment department to track client staffing requirements (temporary and direct placements).Manage all marketing required to increase sales, including travel and promotion of all sales and direct relationship-buildingQualificationsSkills:Previous experience in sales within the StaffingRecruiting is a must (We value all your sales experience, but only sales within the staffing industry will be considered)Excellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsActive Outside Sales hunterMeeting Sales GoalsHighly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TeamsBeing bilingual (EnglishSpanish) is an assetCandidates need to ensure they are not limited in their ability to perform sales with us (e.g., there is no current non-competenon-soliciting agreement in place at the moment of starting).Please refer to Internal
