The Senior Account Supervisor owns and manages the full range of deliverables for Automotive marketing solutions. Located in Atlanta, GA, you will be part of a team of talented marketers who love working together to bring solutions to our clients.The Sr. Account Supervisor will manage Sales areas across Passenger Cars, ensuring that the marketing platform effectively supports these programs. You will work closely with our creative, account and marketing Intelligence teams.As an experienced account manager, you will own and manage the full range of deliverables from concept to final delivery. We will draw on your experience in automotive marketing to ensure our clients are getting the best service in digital marketing execution. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure the project delivers to the client on time, on brief, within budget all while maintaining quality.Possesses extensive experience working with major OEM's to produce high quality marketing communicationsUnderstands and supports the agency's vision, its core tenets, its unique culture, and its revenue model. Puts the agency at the forefront of his or her decision makingKnowledge and experience in Customer Relationship Marketing, managing marketing communications in direct mail, email, SMS, social, digital display, CTV and streamingHelp steer all dealer-level creative executionPossesses a charismatic, engaging personality and can successfully interact with seniorexecutive level client contactsBuilds client relationships with in-person meetings - or virtual client meetings will be an important part of this positionQUALITY COMMUNICATIONGives internal teams the information they need to deliver highest quality work for our clientsCollaborates with the technical program manager to understand the marketing platform - designed to enhance the sales process for dealerships.Works with agency partners to deliver cohesive quality and brand consistency. Attend all partner agency meetingsEnsures all client interactions are conducted professionally and that all promises made to the client are keptEffectively plans work, communicates changes, and troubleshoots problems, assuring that the client and company commitments are keptUses clear, concise communication at all timesTEAM BUILDINGWork closely with the Account Director and with the client business units across Retail Marketing, New Vehicle Sales, CPO, Fleet and Financial Services often working on-site to build those relationships.Focused on Sales areas across Passenger Cars and Vans, ensuring that the platform effectively supports these specific areas.Ensure consistency of communications across Tier 1 and Tier 3 to maximize marketing performanceSupport with actionable analyticsinsights to the Sales areasBuilds relationships based on trust, accessibility, clear communication, accuracy, mutual respect and personal accountabilityAnticipates problems and opportunities and bring them to the attention of Management immediately (i.e. campaign recommendation and best practices)Collaborates with all team members. Looks for innovative ways in which work can be done; ingenuity and flexibility are a mustQUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 5 years Advertising Agency experience and an account management roleKnowledge and experience in Automotive marketing.Experience in digitalprint marketing communications for automotive brandsExperience in handling complex client financial requirementsPowerful oral and written communicatorProven ability to motivate staff, peers and clients in a team environmentHigh level of maturity and judgment to represent the agency and client in a polished, intelligent mannerHybrid role - in-office two to three days per weekBachelor's degree in marketing, Management or Advertising
