This person will be a self-starter, incredibly organized, and hungry for developing new business, while exceeding their quota.The growth opportunity for such an individual is unlimited - base + commission. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Sales.Our clients and diversified industries range from small businesses to Fortune 50 companies.**No Recruiters Please Requirements (Please only apply if you meet the following criteria)5+ years of experience in B2B sales onlyMust have experience selling at an agency with branding, website design and digital marketingStrong written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and professionalismAbility to craft clear, concise, and well-structured documents, reports, and emailsProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goalsAbility to rapidly learn service offerings and industry trendsProven experience cold calling via phoneemail campaignsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clientsExcellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and reach mutually beneficial agreementsDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic cultureStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges, with the ability to learn and grow from setbacksProficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) preferredAbility to travel when neededCommitment to working out of local office in Alpharetta, GA is requiredWillingness to undergo a background checkStrong growth mindset with a desire to build a careerPlus:Experience using HubSpot CRMSolution Selling ExperienceMeasures Of Success:Exceeding Sales QuotaThinking Outside the BoxDriving Opportunities and Strong Closer
