SummaryCoordinate andor perform the day-to-day activities of Quality Systems such as supplier qualification, deviation management, change management and document control.Assist in assuring that Spectrum operates in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices & regulations and in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality standards.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following As Assigned:Collaborate with various departments to ensure completion of deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change controlsMaintain Supplier Qualification Program:a) Evaluating supplier self audit questionnaireb) Performing site quality system auditsc) Tracking supplier performanced) Establishment of Quality AgreementsClausese) Supply chain resolutionf) Maintain and monitor CofA challengeAssist as needed in Customer Quality System Audits, Internal Audits and or Regulatory InspectionsMaintain Customer Change Control Program and Notification Support to affected partiesAssist with quality investigationsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
