We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to lead our Water Systems Team in Memphis. Maybe your perfect job has you working with top engineering talent and award-winning wastewater leaders who share your desire to solve your clients' problems.As TREKK's Water Systems Market Lead, you will oversee the growth, direction and overall success of our Memphis Water Systems Team by marketing services, deepening client relations, mentoring staff and ensuring overall work product quality.Water Systems Market Lead ResponsibilitiesEstablishing and maintaining client relationships with new and existing clientsCollaborating with TREKK leadership to develop and meet organizational goals while supplying expertise and guidance on projects, operations, systems and programs that support TREKK's purpose and visionConducting business development tasks, including identifying, selling and delivering meaningful work for your teamOverseeing and managing projects that improve communities. This may include conducting Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Studies and collection system analyses in systems of all sizes; engineering analysisdesign; developing, implementing and executing II programs; conducting real-time monitoring; and helping clients identify and procure funding opportunities.Establishing and implementing an annual plan that helps your market meet or exceed annual KPI goalsDeveloping and reviewing project proposals and scopes of work to meet clients' schedule and budgetManaging your team's utilization and weekly workflow by prioritizing workloads to ensure projects are delivered on time, budget and meet client needsGrowing and developing staff through training and mentorshipCoordinating labor and equipment resources and hiring needs as workloads requireEducation, Licensing, Certification and Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineer certification requiredLicensed professional engineer with at least eight years of experience in water resources, wastewater andor civil engineeringRequired SkillsAbilitiesWorking knowledge of design standards, including AASHTO, MUTCD, WEG, APWA and AWWAExperience in ArcGIS, Innovyze Modeling Products and CAD softwareProven leader who will set up your team for success and is genuinely passionate about serving othersFocused on quality, with experience developing and meeting scope, schedules and budgets on related projectsEnjoy building relationships and working with clients to provide holistic, commonsense solutionsLove problem solving and bring strong analytical, organizational and time management skillsPossess verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organizationProficient with Microsoft Office Suite
