Job Title: Senior Financial AnalystJob Summary: RevSpring is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the accounting team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting key financial data. This position will play a key role in financial reporting and developing financial metrics to measure and improve business operations.Essential Functions:Coordination and preparation of reports, presentations, and analysis intended to communicate selected financial data to Senior ManagementCoordinate our pricing strategy in creating, streamlining, and approving pricing and SOWs as standard practiceSupport organization in key decision-making processes by providing independent financial and operational analysis and judgmentCoordinate and prepare internal and external pricing presentationsComplete other ad-hoc finance projects and analyses, as needed or assigned Minimum Requirements:Specific Job Skills: Ability to summarize and analyze complex data from various sources into meaningful reports and analysesDemonstrated problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills, both oral and writtenAdvanced Microsoft Excel userAbility to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced environmentWillingness and ability to work after hours as neededAbility to establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationshipsStrong accounting and analytical skillsUnderstanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plusUp to 10% travel may be requiredSaaS Technology Experience:Familiarity with SaaS business models and revenue recognition principlesExperience working with SaaS metrics such as MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)Ability to analyze financial performance and operational efficiency within a SaaS environmentPower BI Dashboard and KPI Experience:Proficiency in developing and managing Power BI dashboards and reportsExperience in creating and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business insights and decisionsAbility to integrate and visualize data from multiple sources to support financial and operational analysesEducation: Bachelor's degree in accounting or financeExperience: 5+ years of relevant experience in pricing or financial analysis and reportingSolid experience demonstrating problem-solving and critical thinkingExperience working in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPointSupervision: NACertifications: NALanguage Skills:Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
