We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with industry contacts, decision-makers, and potential clients. You will play a critical role in building our sales pipeline by documenting relevant information in our CRM, initiating outreach, and scheduling follow-up meetings. Responsibilities: Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients, industry contacts, and decision-makers within target markets. CRM Management: Document all relevant information (contact details, company profiles, interactions) in our CRM system. Outreach: Initiate contact via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our productsservices and establish relationships. Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline. Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up meetings, product demos, and surveys with qualified leads. Pipeline Development: Ensure timely follow-ups and engagement. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align outreach efforts with overall sales goals. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or customer-facing roles.Previous experience with multifamily or investment management preferred. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and lead management tools. Tech-savvy with an understanding of software, SaaS, or technology solutions. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
