What You'll DoAs the QuickBase Data Operations Manager, you will empower the company to better understand its operations and the outcomes of its services on low-income children and families across Massachusetts. You will partner with educators, family advocates, and finance and administrative leads to map internal processes, capture needed data, and develop feedback loops for the company's teams. Working with the Leadership Team, you will collectively work to improve the agency's data resources and develop and refine dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses that drive success for local families.A successful candidate will have a demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new data analysis toolstechniques, a knack for structured thinking, and a desire to help improve nonprofit operations through quantitative and qualitative analyses. This role will require both independent, creative thinking and a collaborative approach to working with different internal and external teams.More details about your responsibilitiesOwn and maintain the company's QuickBase operational applicationsCreate QuickBase reports and formsBuild and maintain QuickBase pipelines and integrations with other platforms such as Microsoft and TwilioManage QuickBase permissions and user modelCollaborate closely with QuickBase technical services team and manage QuickBase enhancement projectsRespond to regular support requests and bug fixesDocument database design and processesConduct trainings for end users in QuickBase2. Simplify data collection and ensure data qualityMonitor operations data-capturing for quality, and work with direct service teams to improve data collection across the agencyPioneer steps to improve data reliability, security, and operational efficiencyRegularly meet with stakeholders and end users to gather feedback for data collection improvement2. Analyze and report data in innovative waysCalculate summary statistics on service operations, family, and student outcomes, and share findings regularly with agency leadershipCreate powerful data visuals in Power Bi to demonstrate progress and highlight trendsPerform deep-dive analyses using statistical software such as R or SQL3. Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree with a minimum of two courses in quantitative analysis or data systemsBetween 3 and 5 years of experience with data or business analysis, program management, operations, information systems, andor project managementExtensive experience working with QuickBase or other low code application development platforms Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required, and experience with data visualization tools such as Power Bi or Tableau is desirableDemonstrated experience in quantitative analysis (including summary statistics and data reportingvisualization) and business process improvementProfessional or academic experience with program or project evaluation or research, including data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and reporting writingExperience with assessment and survey design andor administration a plusExperience with issues of homelessness or child trauma a plusQuickBase App Builder or QuickBase Expert Builder certification a plusKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of organization and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environmentAbility to learn new technologies, tools, and strategies to analyze and solve problemsMust be able to work independently and within a teamHighly motivated, creative, and detail-orientedProven communication skills; ability to distill and communicate complex information clearly.Proven commitment to operational excellence
