About the jobJob descriptionRESPONSIBILITYTo be the direct and primary interface between the company NS Corporation and the customers. Will utilize vehicle wash equipment knowledge, both technical and sales related, to maintain and grow existing customer base as well as establish new customers. Experience and use of CRM tools required.Putting together accurate sales quotations and specifications for equipment orders, working with the Engineering Department, Service, Production and Install teams to ensure customer's needs are met in a timely fashion. You will be working with the Director of Sales and Executive Management to increases sales and drive profitability. You will be expected to forecast and monitor sales opportunities on regular basis in the commercial car and fleet wash markets.Understanding and using processes for site & equipment drawings. Analyzing & assisting with site layout and equipment choices and coordinating with Engineering and Production.Travel to customer site and trade shows is required.Requesting and receiving payments according to payment termsscheduleManaging projects from start to finish, from time of conception thru delivery and install. Communicating with customers regarding pricing, scheduling equipment shipments, possible change orders and related paperwork. Will be responsible for verifying any customer changes are made and the change order has been signed in a timely manner. Assist customer to resolve any technical or warranty issues, delivery issues, replacement parts orders, etc.JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation and Experience Background:Bachelor's degree highly preferred. High school diplomaGED required.2+ years of successful technical service, engineering or field sales support experience or 2+ years of equipment sales experienceComputer application literacy and ability to learn internal business systems; knowledge of SAGEMAS Sales ModuleSkills and Knowledge:Use and knowledge of Salesforce CRM andor HubSpot highly preferred;Experience in conveyorized car wash, machinery preferred2-5 years of similar sales experience preferredMust work well within team framework;Detail oriented and quality focused;Able to provide detailed equipment quotes and contracts;Must be dependable and on-time;Exceptional sales, business development, negotiation and closing skills;Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal;Able to recognize and communicate the impact of design, configuration and other technical aspects of the organization to Decision-Makers, Customers, Distributors, and internal departments (Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc.);Ability to read, understand and write technical reports, specifications, contracts and bid documents (preferred);Ability to travel frequently.TRAINING REQUIREDTraining will be provided through ManagementManagement Rep. during the 90-day probationary period and will be provided periodically throughout the jury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) and Safety Policies;NS Corporation's Employee Handbook.Departmental policies and procedures.Wash Systems, Equipment and Parts;MAS200 (ERP Software);Sage;Salesforce, HubSpotOther applicable processes, systems and duties as necessary.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingCell phone reimbursementDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTravel reimbursementVision insurance
