W2 onlyNo C2CThis will be a fully hands-on Core EC Configuration role% of Work Allocation for the Ideal Candidate. 40 - 50% BA Work ( supporting Payroll, Position Management, Employee Central Core)30% Config & Testing20% Admin TimeAs part of the People Systems team, you would work in developing and supporting businessprocesses and applications to meet the needs of the Internal customers across COEs. Thisposition partners with Internal Stakeholders, as customers, to understand their current processesand document system requirements. This member of the team configures systems to meetbusiness needs and provides functional oversight for custom software development.We also need someone who will:Assist HR team members with technical issues related to the HRIS system by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issuesAssist in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patchesCollaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of upgrade or fixMaintain and assist in enhancing the HRIS Self-Service PortalAssist in HRIS design, development, and training for all users Support administration of performance and goalsWork with HR staff in the development of project plans that include analysis of cost, benefit work schedule, related risk, and return on investmentAssist with providing project oversight from design through implementationCoordinate with third-party technical resources with regards to project development, implementation, andor issuesTime Off system configuration preferred but not requires
