LaSalle Network is excited to partner with a rapidly growing international spice producer seeking a dynamic Client Services Manager. Located in the River North neighborhood of downtown Chicago, this company prides itself on their inclusive culture and dog friendly office! The Client Services Manager's primary responsibility is to provide high level B2B support for clients as well as overseeing the life cycle of an order from beginning to end. This person will also be responsible for the leadership and development of two other Client Services Specialists. Client Services Manager Responsibilities:Manage Client Service Team guiding in the processing sales orders, purchase orders, onboarding new customers and daily communication with customersUtilize interpersonal relationships and communication skills to build rapport with clients allowing for clear communication from start to finishCollaborate and communicate with internal teams and customers on a regular proactive basis, including, daily, weekly andor monthly meetingsOversee client escalation issuesCollaborate closely with Sales to support customers for new product commercialization rolloutsImplement and manage floor stock agreements with customersKeep updated live reporting from Co-Packer regarding production timelinesCommunicate with internal Distribution Center to ensure product is shipped and received properly by the customerOversee 2 direct reports Client Services Manager Requirements:Bachelor's degree or related work experienceExperience working in B2BLeadership experience (management, leading teams, coaching, mentoring, etc.)ERP and CRM experience requiredAbility to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Quality, R&D)Strong written and verbal communication skillsA problem solver with the ability to develop dynamic solutions If you feel you possess the above requirements and skills, please apply today!
