Role Description: We are searching for a self-driven, organized, consultant-minded, set up specialist to join our growing team. Dealership, andor 3rd party electronic Scheduler and Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) software is preferred.â— Support & Configure dealerships after initial setup configurations have been done. This will entail discerning customer concerns such as, scheduling opportunities and changes, shop flow, how to address deficiencies in the products to best suit the ever-changing dealership day-to-day. â— Work closely with the Customer Engagement Management team to support their area dealership's needs. Also work closely with the Scheduler and Service Cart teams with additional workflow to ensure the best customer experience.â— Communicate effectively and participate in constant improvement of our overall training process along with sharing freely feedback.â— Continually assist other team members in departments with strengthening their knowledge of the product so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.The Junior Application Set Up Consultant will be responsible for the following:â— Work with the dealerships to assist with their needs based upon the job description above. This close relationship will be key to providing as requested changes to the software to fit their needs in a quick, timely manner to not disrupt existing flow.â— Promptly communicate any barriers appropriately and work with the Senior Application Setup Consultants and the Customer Engagement Team to constantly improve customer and internal facing product documentation and training materials.
