About the Company:A leading manufacturer specializing in heating element production machinery, terminal pins, and terminal pin machinery, committed to innovation and excellence in the industrial machinery sector.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial machinery maintenance and repair, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of industrial machinery at customer sites. This role requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment at customer sites.Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with machinery.Collaborate with customers to provide technical support, training, and guidance on equipment usage and maintenance.Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to minimize equipment downtime.Provide feedback to the engineering team on recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance equipment reliability.Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies while on-site.Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies needed for service tasks.Travel to various customer locations as required, sometimes on short notice.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role within the industrial machinery sector.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays, as required.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, work in various environments, and stand for extended periods.Offer:Competitive prehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
