We are known for breaking barriers in the categories of visual display, product curation, and customer experience.We are seeking a seasoned sales person to work with our professional clients and retail customers in a creative and evolving environment. This highly motivated individual will work from our Los Angeles gallery, and will be responsible for both inside and outside sales. This full time position with benefits is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a background in the luxury furniture industry. We are looking for a candidate that harmonizes with the dynamics of our team. Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop new and nurture existing key client relationshipsaccounts to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.Generate sales leads through proactive outreachManage a weekly calendar of meetings with new and active clientsGain an understanding of the sourcing and purchasing preferences for your assigned accountsDevelop an expert level of knowledge of the COUP D'ETAT brand, represented lines and artistsProvide assistance with customer service issues and other challenges with a positive, solution-focused approachAssist with the maintenance of gallery aesthetics, organization, and company standardsMeet individual sales goals and other company initiatives set forth in the company's sales planRequirements3 to 5+ years of experience in an industry related insideoutside sales roleHands on experience with CRM software (Proficient in Netsuite or Salesforce a plus)Proficient in Word and ExcelExperience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, andor WordPress not required but a plusProven methods of effective follow-up to creating trust and strong relationships with your accountsHighly proficient email correspondence and communication skillsAbility to identify and overcome barriers throughout the full sales cyclePassion for interior design, art, decorative arts andor architecture
