Full job descriptionJob Duties:Troubleshoot and Resolve System Issues: Focus on SAP MMEWM and other related IT systems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical problems.Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Work closely with system users to identify Warehouse Management business requirements, document functional needs, and communicate these to IT solution teams for further discussion.Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with multiple business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.Training and Knowledge Transfer: Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials for SAP MMEWM; conduct training sessions for key users and local management, ensuring thorough understanding and proper use of the system.Other Project Support: Actively support system testing, change management, and other crucial activities in IT projects, contributing to successful implementation and adoption.Partnership Development: Foster strong collaborative relationships with business units and IT team members to optimize the efficiency of SAP MMEWM petencies:Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous professional development and skill enhancement.Business Process Understanding: Exhibit a robust understanding of business processes, working effectively with IT teams to meet business objectives.SAP MMEWM Customization: Ability to independently customize SAP MMEWM specific processes is a plus.Required Skills:Analytical and Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, particularly in SAP MMEWM and other systems.SAP Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a SAP key-user or in a similar system support role.Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of relevant warehouse business processes.SAP Integration Understanding: Familiarity with the integration points among various SAP Modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)Bilingual English and Chinese preferredBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceLocation:Lancaster CA (On-Site)
